Device composition:

1. Test chamber: the experimental device is a width (1000±100) mm, depth (2000

±100) mm and height (4000±100) mm cabinet. The back wall and both sides of the

test box are made of thermal insulation with a heat transfer coefficient of about

0.7Wm-2.K-1 (composed of 1.5mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate, covered with

65mm thick thermal insulation mineral fiber), and the outer wall and The door uses

1.5mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate.

2. Air source:

The air inlet is equipped with a blower with adjustable air flow, and air with a

flow of (5000 ± 500) L/min is fed into the combustion box, and the air outlet is

equipped with a digital anemometer;

3. Steel ladder type: wide (500±5) mm standard steel ladder, wide (800±10) mm

wide steel ladder, made of SUS304 stainless steel round steel

4. Discharge purification device:

The upper part of the test box is equipped with an exhaust fan, and the

exhaust gas in the box is drawn out of the box at a speed of 6M/S and sent to a

smoke collecting tower. The air outlet has a digital anemometer;

5. Ignition source

Type: The ignition source should include one or two belt-type propane gas

burners and its supporting flowmeter and Venturi mixer. The fire supply surface

should be drilled with 242 flat metal plates with a diameter of 1.32mm. The center

distance of these holes is 3.2mm. The holes are arranged in three staggered rows, with 81, 80 and 81 in each row, distributed in the nominal The size is within the range of 257×4.5mm. In addition, a row of small holes are opened on both sides of tthe fire plate.
